Margaret Howell SS13

Every season there is always one designers collection that I make sure I see, and Margaret Howell is that designer.

Her trademarks of cool, classic pieces is something that I love and always will.

For SS13 the look was one of laid-back, clarity 'Inspired by the cool classicism of the white shirt', a key item within this collection. The gorgeous fabrics of linen and starched cotton only emphasised this refined simplicity of the collection. The silhouette being one without fuss is something I am looking forward to for SS13. I loved the simple styling for the show, with regards to the buttoned up collars to the folded sleeves on the garments. The colours were very tranquil, ranging from the clearest white, through cream to stone grey. Just such a stunning and refined collection for SS13.
