Mulberry SS13

The Mulberry lady has a real sweet tooth: the deep syrupy colour that opened this show was a key pigment for Mulberry's SS13 collection.

I am not typically keen on floral prints however the floral on floral prints on the suiting showcased today looked very stylish. The print reminded me of William Morris' wallpaper print. The creative director, Emma Hill, embraced this print on print for SS13 very well, and the range of fabrics aiding this fashionable choice- leathers, crinkled fabrics and light sheer fabrics all looked scrummy with this print. The silhouettes included the trend-led dropped shouldered jackets, although this time collarless, wide leg 70's trouser, long length feminine dresses and fab outerwear pieces for SS13.

My favourite piece has to be the metallic deep in colour, print on print suit.
